Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage, plan, and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, domestic and international business trips, and daily schedule.
Communicate, correspond, and coordinate with business partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders, particularly those in East Asia, especially China.
Follow up on the CEO’s meeting resolutions and ensure action items are completed by relevant departments until successful implementation.
Coordinate and support international projects, business negotiations, and executive business travel.
Prepare management reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and official correspondence in both Persian and English.
Coordinate and monitor activities related to overseas companies, suppliers, and international projects.
Handle confidential correspondence and maintain the security of the CEO’s sensitive documents and information.
Act as the CEO’s representative in assigned matters by maintaining effective communication with senior executives, internal departments, and external partners.
Be available to handle urgent matters and provide executive support outside regular working hours when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, such as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Executive Office, or International Affairs.
Excellent command of English, including speaking, writing, translation, and business negotiations.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and consistently follow up until completion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Excellent skills in business correspondence, report writing, and documentation.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and accountability.
Willingness to work flexible hours and remain available when urgent business needs arise.

*Familiarity with the business culture of East Asian countries, particularly China. Previous experience studying or living abroad is considered an advantage.
*Proficiency in Chinese is considered an advantage.
*Familiarity with international trade principles, import procedures, international logistics, and communication with overseas suppliers is considered an advantage.
