Executive Assistant to CEO
A company active in oil, gas, petrochemical equipment supply and medical equipment is seeking
a full-time Executive Assistant to the CEO with the following qualifications:
Requirements:
 Excellent command of English (speaking, writing and listening)
 Familiarity with international correspondence and negotiations
 Strong follow-up and project coordination skills
 Ability to prepare and organize reports and documentation
 Time management and meeting scheduling skills
 Flexible working hours and consistent online availability, responsive across time
zones due to the international nature of the job
Key Responsibilities:
 Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO
 Communicate with domestic and international clients and suppliers
 Prepare and draft emails, contracts, and documents in English
 Organize and update schedules and meeting agendas
 Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and follow up on action items
 Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and tasks
