We are seeking a hardworking, organized, and motivated CEO Assistant to efficiently manage tasks assigned by the CEO and ensure smooth operations in the executive office. Responsibilities: • Follow up, coordinate, and complete all tasks assigned by the CEO. • Prepare and present accurate and regular management reports. • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, events, and brand promotion opportunities. • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the CEO. • Plan and organize management meetings (both in-person and online). • Schedule and manage daily tasks and priorities. • Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence. • Arrange programs, appointments, and business trips as required. Requirements: • Proven ability to follow up and complete tasks efficiently. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word). • Experience in preparing clear and practical management reports. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken, including business terminology).
