Job Description

The CEO assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, interpersonal skills, tact, integrity, good judgment, and discretion around issues of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be organized, agile, and able to prioritize tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO on a daily basis to determine daily, weekly, and monthly priorities and associated meetings, tasks, and preparation needed.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO.
  • Comfortably handle highly confidential and time-sensitive information with necessary care and prioritization.
  • Work with the chief of staff to coordinate all executive team meetings and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in supporting a senior executive.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business administration, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent marketing knowledge.
