● Periodic monitoring and visiting CE markets across the country.
● Build constructive relationships with dealers to ensure smooth dealer services.
● Check to identify retailers having the highest growth, and potential to achieve maximum ROI.
● Plan and implement training programs.
● Merchandize audit and quality control.
● Marketing audit and cost management.
