● Prepare monthly timesheets, and set up and define new employees in the payroll system.
● Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations.
● Maintain and update payroll records.
● Calculate and control the monthly payments.
● Prepare and update all personnel contracts.
● Follow the personnel issues related to payroll and benefits.
● Provide cross-sectional personnel reports required by senior officials.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
● At least 3 years of experience in HR (C&B or Payroll)
● Familiar with labor، insurance and Tax laws.
● Proficient in Microsoft programs: (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
● Dominance with Rahkaran System.
● Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
