Job Description

1. Lead end-to-end brand & category strategy, portfolio management, and P&L delivery.
2. Develop and execute integrated Brand Marketing Plans to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
3. Drive New Product Development (NPD) from innovation funnel to launch, ensuring on-time, in-full execution.
4. Own category JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) and align cross-functional teams (CCBT, Sales, Supply Chain) to deliver against them.
5. Lead cutting-edge BTL activation, brand experience formats, and shift toward earned media/PR.
6. Monitor and report on brand performance (market share, P&L, NRM) and recommend corrective actions.
7. Manage Integrated Business Planning (IBP), annual contracts, and brand budgets with a focus on ROI.
8. Build and develop brand management talent within the team through coaching and training.
9. Foster a culture of innovation, consumer-centricity, and agility to respond to market trends.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Brand/Category Management, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven expertise in NPD, portfolio strategy, and full marketing mix management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, NRM).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English.
• Experience in digital marketing tools, IBP processes, and agency management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, consumer insight driven, and able to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
