Job Description:
1. Support the development and execution of the integrated Brand Marketing Plan to achieve business goals.
2. Assist in managing brand budgets, track spending, and help analyze campaign performance (ROMI).
3. Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) launches and marketing campaigns with internal teams and agencies.
4. Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights for brand strategy.
5. Develop promotional and activation plans to drive brand growth in the market.
6. Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with Supply Chain.
7. Prepare performance reports on brand KPIs, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
8. Act as a key liaison with creative, media, and PR agencies for day-to-day activities.
9. Support cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; 2-3 years of experience in Marketing (FMCG preferred).
* Experience in campaign execution, NPD launch support, and budget tracking.
* Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in English is essential.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
