Duties and Responsibilities:


● Development and implementation of brand strategy suitable for B2B and B2C market
● Analysis of the market, competitors and the behavior of institutional customers
● Management of visual identity and brand message in all communication channels
● Planning and implementing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
● Working closely with the sales team to increase business leads
● Development of sales tools (catalog, samples, presentations, digital content)
● Management of brand presence in exhibitions and industrial events
● Continuous communication with sales representatives and business partners
● Monitoring brand performance and providing analytical reports
● Branding and marketing budget management
● Cooperation with the design and production team to align the product with the brand position


Qualifications and qualifications:


At least 3-5 years of experience in brand management or B2B and B2C marketing
Familiarity with the interior decoration market or the construction industry (considered an advantage)
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Skill in project management and implementation of multi-channel campaigns
Mastery of B2B and B2C branding and marketing principles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team and lead projects
Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools
Familiarity with presentation and reporting software
