Job Description

  • Appraise trade flow to determine potential market, and segmentation.
  • Develop a business plan to open and/or grow the company's market share throughout the assigned region.
  • Prepare an effective sales action plan according to the company sales target to meet international sales leads.
  • Proactively Initiate new export customer relationships to penetrate new markets and develop customer networks.
  • Nurture and maintain existing and newly graded customer relationships through regular contact and advocacy.
  • Deal with all customer inquiries and quotation requests professionally and promptly.
  • Negotiate, close, and implement sales agreements.
  • Manage and expedite the delivery process responsively and effectively to ensure customer retention.
  • Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining or Metallurgy; Master's degree in Marketing specializing in International Marketing; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Experience in metal and mineral commodities export is a major plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good knowledge of intercultural communication.
  • Knowledge of export operations and documentation.
  • Very precise, well-organized, self-motivated, loyal, and talented.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and web search.
  • Fluent in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
