Job Description

  • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
  • Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of the responsible sales advisor team.
  • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
  • Manage power and leadership of personnel.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in related fields.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and sales software.
  • Dominant in S&OP processes.
  • Ability to technical understanding of products, materials, and machinery.
  • Experience in the cellulose industry.
  • Strong communication skill and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with contract processes.
  • Familiar with calculation P&L and financial processes.
