Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of the responsible sales advisor team.
Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
Manage power and leadership of personnel.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Marketing.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in related fields.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and sales software.
Dominant in S&OP processes.
Ability to technical understanding of products, materials, and machinery.
Experience in the cellulose industry.
Strong communication skill and negotiation skills.
Familiar with contract processes.
Familiar with calculation P&L and financial processes.
