Job Description
● Manage and perform employment affairs, recruitment, and onboarding process.
● Archive personnel files including employment documents, employment contracts, termination of cooperation, reports of the disciplinary committee, etc.
● Participate in labor courts and resolve disputes to handle personnel complaints.
● Perform staff welfare, supplementary insurance services, and social security insurance.
● Follow up and carry out matters related to the company's mission and travels.
● Manage cleaning and guard personnel.
● Establish order, cleanliness, health, and safety of the company environment.
● Prepare monthly staff timesheet reports and control all leave, overtime, and mission permits.
● Follow up on external affairs related to administrative activities at the request of senior managers.
● Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies, instructions, and policies in line with the overall strategies of the company.
● Plan and implement promotion system and career development path.
● Plan and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction.
● Manage corporate events, training courses, and conferences.
● Reporting to: Factory Manager.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am - 5 pm.
