-Preparation of financial and accounting reports
-Preparation of budgeting documents
-Assist in daily transactions
-Assist the managing director in daily coordination and follow ups
-Assist in the preparation of client correspondence
-Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
-Develop and execute project plans, schedules and budgets for assigned projects in the construction field or elsewhere
-Monitors the overall project performance (timeline, budget, and resource utilization) against plan and makes adjustments as needed when issues are identified and require resolution
-Manage scheduling, procurement, and providing input and justification for costs and budget impact
Requirements
-Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related management field from a reputable university
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related role
-Analytical thinking and problem solving
-Displays a solutions driven approach
-Excellent organizational skills with eye for detail
-Good communication skills both written and oral
-Process and compliance orientation
-Command over Excel, and MS Office package
-Excellent English writing and communication skills
-Ideal Age Range: 23 - 35
