Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated account manager to join our team and manage our client relationships. As an account manager, you will be our client’s primary point of contact and the connector between them and our creative and media departments. You will be responsible for understanding the client’s business goals, developing and executing effective advertising strategies, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.

key duties and responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinating with the internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality work on time and within scope.
  • Providing feedback to the creative, media, and research teams.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating referrals from existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or client services in an advertising agency or a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for advertising and creativity.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
