Job Description

Customer Management:

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues, the commercial team, and other internal partners to ensure that project deadlines and advertising sales revenue targets are met.
  • According to the strategy, set annual targets, and define the quarterly and monthly targets and objectives.
  • Expand the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market.
  • Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales, and revenue strategy, and ensuring that it is aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies to push sales.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings.

Digital Marketing:

  • Monitor and report on competitors' campaigns and promotions.
  • Lead the marketing team to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets.
  • Track the performance of the team.
  • Provide marketing reports and annual budgeting.
  • Supervise and organize all related exhibitions and seminars.
  • Collaborate in the pricing and discounts strategy process.
  • Monitor and analyze markets, customer needs, and competitors’ actions to market and product development.
  • Recommend budget expenditures and evaluate return on investment.
  • Report to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Multi-task capability and teamwork.
  • Eager to activate challenging targets.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ideal age range: 30 to 45 years old.
