
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, DSPs, retargeting).
• Drive traffic, customer acquisition, and online sales specifically for the Health & Beauty category.
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Collaborate with category and content teams to ensure campaigns align with promotions, assortment, and product launches.
• Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across campaigns and channels.
• Leverage data-driven insights to adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies for maximum impact.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for H&B online marketing, including testing new channels and tactics.
• Work closely with analytics teams to report on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and category teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all marketing campaigns.
Skills:
• Digital Marketing Expertise
Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, programmatic, retargeting, and affiliate networks.
Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for paid search, social, and display advertising.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and online sales funnels.
• Data & Analytical Skills
Proficiency in analyzing KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable campaign strategies.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Power BI, or equivalent.
Experience:
• 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce marketing roles.
• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, programmatic, retargeting).
• Experience in Health & Beauty, FMCG, wellness, or retail e-commerce is strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory.
