Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Manage incidents/crises regarding the quality of products until the issue is resolved in line with the QFS manager.
Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
Ensure that all necessary Quality systems and procedures are in place within the organization to satisfy all customer requirements and needs.
Introduce new Quality management systems and procedures, where appropriate.
Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.
Undertake regular internal process audits of the Quality Management System.
Follow up on the NCs and action plan to close the gaps.
Provide detailed analysis of nonconformists and ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address nonconformity found.
Verify closure of non-conformity with Certification Bodies.
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO FSSC 22000, Food Safety Indicator, Halal standard).
Report on achievement of targets on QMS and identify any actions required to keep or improve these targets.
Collaborate to get the most updated standards and guidelines from regional and global sources and update local teams with best practices and PNCs around the region.
HACCP study according to Danone standards and establish and keeps this system all along to Product Realization chain.
Prepare and verify flow diagrams for different Production/Packaging/Utility and in the factory and keep them updated.
Conduct risk assessments of different processes and tasks within the organization.
Work collaboratively, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the quality strategy.
Direct responsibility for establishing and keeping the system for different modules of FSI to be ready for its audit.
