Prepare, implement, and evaluate quality systems and policies and develop annual quality strategies and goals.
Establish a structural design for closely monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points) continuously throughout the supply chain from materials to consumers.
Manage and organize staff in the quality department and delegate their roles. Educate, advise, and improve people's knowledge related to quality.
Monitor the performance of all subunits of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and find ways to improve the production process.
Provide reports regarding product quality situations or quality processes, root cause analyses, or quality trends.
Participate in the development of product specifications and related cross-functional teams in case of quality issues.
Participate in selecting, evaluating, and auditing suppliers, contractors.
Inspection, acceptance, or rejection of finished products.
Pursue and keep up-to-date with legal requirements and standards related to materials and products, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Tendency Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Food Industry.
Work experience in pharmaceutical and health-oriented companies is considered an advantage.
