Job Description
-You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
you should be able to:
-Ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
-Monitor quality of receiving and sending goods.
-Prepare regular reports of the warehouse and distribution
-Monitor and track the progress of deliveries.
-Guidance and control of manpower.
-Problem-solving regarding the company's policies and guidelines.
-Assuring just-in-time delivery.
-Taking care of administrative issues and personnel files under supervision.
-Review employee performances and provides feedback and suggestions.
-Orient, coach and motivate employees
-Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided. Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system
