Job Description
- Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Ensure that stores or shelves are stocked with the right types of products and marketing brochures.
- Display, arrange, and rotate products in-store.
- Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products and marketing flyers.
- Communicate with the marketing team to establish strategies and design concepts for seasonal product launches and displays.
- Monitor and account for the time and manpower required to build and stock store displays and communicate information with management.
- Note: required to visit Tehran stores on a daily basis; required to travel to province store locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising.
- Detailed knowledge of the product and industry.
- Ability to work diligently with little supervision.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.
- Proficiency in English paired with strong communication skills.
