Job Description

Operations Vessel Expert (International Transport Company): ● Checking shipping schedules. ● Checking booking details and vessel updates. ● Tracking cargo en route and updating customers & related sales person or manager. ● Arranging shipping advice. ● Checking arrival notice in OTMS ● Working with the website of EPL and related items. ● Releasing delivery orders to clients after checking all docs, LOIs, guarantee cheques, cash deposits, and needed arrangements with the financial department. ● Reporting the updates on all shipments weekly and daily to the manager, related salesperson, and customers.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience in a shipping and forwarding company, international transport, or a sea freight section. ● Aware of the latest circulars on Demurrage, B/L issuing, MBL, and HBL. ● Able to issue a Bill of Entry (in HBL and FBL type). ● Able to work with OTMS software in all sections. ● Ideal age range: 25 to 36 years old. ● Able to communicate well with agents and clients both in written and spoken. ● Good teamwork skills. ● Adaptability. ● Strong attention to detail, mostly on document checking. ● Good organization and planning skills. ● Gender preference: Female/Male. ● Nationality preference: Iranian. ● Fluent in English and Persian. ● Current residence: Tehran.
