Job Description
● Designing, implementing and managing both automated and semi-automated life cycles from vendor acquisition to vendor performance management.
● Defining and Monitoring long-term and short-term strategies, monitoring Input KPIs.
● Designing and implementing a performance-based process for new vendors focusing on future growth, with a focus on training, sales, and operational performance.
● Managing commercial and operational vendor performance with a problem-focused bucket system (based on sales, vendor potential, etc.).
● Automating and Improving vendor operational processes.
● Increasing the participation and effectiveness of campaigns for mid and long-tail vendors.
● Creating effective communication lines between the long-tail team and category managers in order to make alignment with category strategies.
