As Assembly Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the assembly line in a technically good condition and validated state. In addition to this, your responsibilities would include: - SOP writing (PM schedules including Work Orders) - Change control of above SOPs CR handing as CR owner, the affected party, action owner - Inspections and audits (audit preparation including those leading to PQ and submission to authorities - Review logbooks - Equipment Expert - Ensure Compliance with NN Validation Strategy, SOP, and principles. - Prepare, Review, and Commenting, Approval on Validation documentation. - Assisting and planning of execution of Validation and Qualification test activities. - Contribute to solving critical and complex compliance and validation issues. - Provide knowledge to frame product documents and to ensure the link to the validation documentation. Requirements
The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree within a chemical, mechanical, electrical, or similar field - With at least 3+ years of industrial experience in maintaining production equipment in a compliant state with respect to authority requirements in the GMP environment (Only pharma). - To succeed in this role the ideal candidate will need an open mindset who can work independently and as a team player with a strong focus on results. - Further to this, you should have good communication skills with the ability to establish good relationship with local and global teams.
