Manage all travel and events services including hotel bookings, ticketing, visa, etc. through managing third-party suppliers or direct contracting with service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Manage all travel and events requests bookings and purchases through travel agencies or direct purchases.
Select, finalize, and negotiate key hotel requirements for group meetings concession with quantifiable effective saving opportunities.
Maintain/create department tracking, savings, and budget actual reports.
Local onsite support – onsite support for local larger meetings as needed.
Control suppliers' invoices based on received services and ensure on-time payment to suppliers.
Requirements

Familiarity with out-of-country and local hotel facilities.
Good working knowledge of online travel platforms.
Experience within a corporate in-house meeting planning group.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook.
