The People and Organization (P&O) department is a strategic business partner to all functions across the affiliate. It oversees and supports the full employee lifecycle management. The department consists of a diverse team of P&O Business Partners, P&O and EHS Professionals, and Administration and is now in search of a Training and Development Manager. It is a team of motivated and passionate colleagues, who strive for continuous improvement in people processes, employee engagement, and organization development.

The position:

As a training and development manager, you will be managing the full spectrum of training and development in the affiliate, contributing to developing and delivering training and learning programs to increase employee competence and achieve business objectives.

Your main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic partnership in learning and development.
  • Introduce training and learning interventions.
  • Run Induction/onboarding program and drive leadership development.
  • Contribute to talent management such as talent development needs, scope, and program design.
  • Support in the planning and execution of HR projects and local learning materials.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field of Science and/or Management.
  • Proven background with 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in organizational development and training across diverse industries, with the potential for substitution based on field sales or marketing experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Successful training experiences in the pharma industry will be preferred.
  • Strong personal leadership abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the capabilities to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
