Job Description
- Managing and planning academy activities.
- Determining the language proficiency levels of students and applicants for studying abroad.
- Supervising the conduct of classes.
- Identifying new opportunities in the field of language training.
- Collaborating with other teams in line with company goals.
- Providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the performance of the academy to senior management.
- Completing performance dashboards.
Requirements
- At least three years of supervisory experience in foreign language education.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to present reports in PowerPoint and Excel format.
