Job Description


● Develop training and development programs and objectives.
● Analyze the desired culture of the organization.
● Review and analyze the effectiveness of training courses based on ISO10015:2019 Standard.
● Monitor the employee performance management process.
● Design, plan, and implement career path and succession systems.
● Design, plan and implement employees' promotion and transfer process.
● Monitor and implement the KPI management system and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction.
● Analyze training needs to design employee development and specific training.
● Career planning based on performance analysis for continuous employee development.
● Establish performance management structures.
● Gather and assess feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes, and highlights on performance management and processes.

Requirements


● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering.
● More than 6 years of experience in the same position.
● Age range: 30 to 35 years old.
● Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
