Job Description

● Efforts to achieve the policy and set goals Guiding personnel and subordinates to achieve organizational goals in this unit. ● Supervise distribution and sales centers or agents selling products. ● Face-to-face negotiation with customers to introduce products and services and contracts. ● Hold continuous meetings with marketing and sales experts to increase sales. ● Analyze the market of products and services continuously and make decisions. ● Check the status of the achievement of goals and plans related to the unit on a continuous basis through received reports. ● Design and update the website and catalog of products and services. ● Receive customer feedback and handle them. ● Measure customer satisfaction and implement programs to increase their satisfaction. ● Plan marketing and sales plans to increase sales. ● Attend exhibitions related to products and services to learn about the market. ● Monitor and measure processes related to purchasing and take action to improve. ● Plan for product marketing in all parts of the country. ● New product launch and introduction. ● Design product packaging and monitor the quality of manufactured products. ● Carry out other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

● Age range: 25- 40 years old. ● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Management, Strategic Management, or Industrial Engineering. ● Intermediate English skills. Competencies: ● Mastery of marketing. ● Mastery of market analysis. ● Mastery of sales. ● Mastery of marketing and sales processes. ● Skills in negotiation techniques and customer communication. ● Familiarity with management principles.
