Job Description
● Lead and develop trade marketing and merchandising strategies and tactical plans to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential, and key programs required for the accounts.
● Responsible for driving sales, promotion, and development in the designated accounts to reach commercial goals.
● Contribute to the growing efficiency of commercial performance.
● Execute and evaluate the yearly trade marketing plans for brands.
● Monitor trade marketing plans budget.
● Lead distribution and product launch execution at POS (channel definition, commercial policy, distribution, and sales tracking).
● Lead and organize trade marketing events and strategic meetings.
● Propose process and tools improvements to simplify execution.
● Define trade marketing KPIs, maximize ROI and trade marketing activities effectiveness, aligned with BUs/ Brand strategies to meet business needs.
● Develop and monitor POS activities’ KPIs (sell-out, distribution, stock, market share).
● Coach the trade marketing team behaviorally and technically to achieve the goals.
