Job Description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Visibility:
• Monitoring and reporting the real-time shelf situation (Share of shelves, New Launches and Relaunches…)
• Monitoring the merchandising team execution
• Monitoring of activations & enablers – Coolers, POSM, Sec. Displays…in TT & MT
2. Trade Promotions:
• Reporting and analysis of the Trade Promotions vs. the competition
3. Customer Definition:
• Implementing the customer classification based on the defined criteria
• Must stock list (MSL) preparation and implementation reporting
4. Training & Development:
• Provide training and support to sales and merchandising teams on trade marketing strategies and tools.
• Share best practices and insights with internal teams to enhance overall effectiveness.
Requirements:
Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences, and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)
Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or Business Administration. Or related field.
Experience:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or Trade marketing
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of FMCG trade landscape preferably beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage assigned projects and deadlines effectively.
