The objective of this job is to plan, organize and fulfill all the details of an outgoing tour.
The details include:
● Being in contact with the hotels, DMCs, and service providers via email and phone.
● Booking the services of a tour according to the tour itinerary.
● Being in regular contact with the tour leaders.
Requirements
● Excellent team-worker.
● Strong problem-solver who can quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply.
● Excellent knowledge of English.
● Able to work under pressure and deliver accurate and high-volume results on tight deadlines.
● Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
