Job Description

-Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling -Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers -Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion -Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals -Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients -Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service -Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients -Keep records of client transactions

Requirements

-Familiar with the field or organizations of mobile operators (Irancell / Hamrah Avval) -Technical outlook in the field of telecommunications -Excellent understanding of customer care -Negotiation and Persuasion Ability -Organizational Intelligence -Interpersonal Relationship -Good motivational skills -Communication Ability -Ideal Age Range: 20 - 40
