Job Description

The owner of this position is responsible for the technical and scientific departments of the company. It is expected that he/she will support the technical sales department by mastering the technical issues and also provide constructive suggestions for market development and marketing support with regard to technical research. This position reports to the CEO of the company.

• Searching the website of the supplier company and preparing up-to-date technical and scientific materials about all brands.
• Researching similar brands with technical quality and providing the necessary suggestions to the sales manager and CEO in order to develop the market.
• Being up-to-date with competitors' products and comparing them with technical products.
• Preparing the presentation file for each brand to present to the marketing and sales department.
• Providing a technical article for the website and presenting it to the group in order to be up-to-date and improve the scientific level.
• Cooperating with the digital marketing department to provide technical content and make technical videos of products.
• Accompanying the sales team in the technical meetings of customers.
• Providing periodic training on technical knowledge of products to all sales members.
• Providing technical training to the newly hired person and their technical evaluation after the trial period.
• Cooperating with sales members to equate brands.
• Necessary technical response to customers in need.
• Conveying the technical information with the sales department in order to improve the marketing department to update each other with industry information.
• Participating in related exhibitions and providing technical support and answering technical questions to clients and shifting clients to the marketing and sales department.
• Collecting technical information obtained from the exhibitions and planning for quick action.
• Preparing periodic related reports to the CEO.

• Location: Sarhang Sakhaee Street, Ferdowsi St.
• Working days: Sunday to Monday (8:30 to 18:00); Thursday (8:30 to 14:00): flexible to time working changes; holidays: Fridays and Saturdays.
