Job Description

• Manage the execution of the Project Scope of Services (cost, time and quality) ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations by the Company, the Customer and any third parties. • Based on the service scope and targets, elaborate a comprehensive and realistic General Project Plan. • Set up and manage within his functional area, the Project staff, securing fulfillment of the area objectives and responsibilities. • Collaborate within his area, with the Company HQ in sub-contractor selection process. • Manage within his functional area, the operational relationship with the Customer, securing to achieve a high level of satisfaction from the Customer regarding the delivery performance. • Follow within his functional area, all internal agreements (WLA) between the Project and Optimization and other delivery organizations. • Follow within his functional area, the external operational agreements (OLA) between any delivery organization and the Customer. • Ensure within his functional area hierarchical report to senior management on critical incidents is followed and the customer is always involved and updated according to contractual requirements. • Continuously seek, within his functional area, for operational and financial performance improvement of the delivery solution, in line with contractual and business case expectations. • Follow within his area, all governance instances (internal or external) and ensure operational and financial performance are being correctly monitored and reported. • Manage any dedicated third parties to be involved in the Project delivery solution, seeking to obtain the best cost-benefit relation. • Ensure within his functional area, the delivery compliance with both contractual and business case requirements, avoiding over or under delivery. • Define and set individual and collective objectives (KPI’s) for the department, cascaded down from the general department objectives, within the performance review process. • Evaluate individual and collective objective achievements. Propose rewards and salary increases within the salary review process cycle. • Optimize and improve the department performance in terms of organization and proper size. Highlight specific training needs. • Supervise and follow the department’s day to day activities, define priorities, choose orientations, and take decisions. Ensure coherence of mid- and long-term projects. • Organize and run regular department meetings to cascade the company strategic orientation and collect critical information (issues, problems, difficulties) to report for senior management. • Motivate and engage employees through regular communication and monitoring of the teams. • Monitor the department social climate to mediate and resolve employee conflicts, if necessary. • Contribute to defining the department’s annual budget. Ensure its centralization and follow ups.

Requirements

• Excellent Knowledge of Telecom Process Knowledge • Excellent Knowledge of Products and Technology knowledge • Excellent Knowledge of Site Implementation/Construction • Good Knowledge of Network Planning & Optimization • Bachelor’s Degrees in Telecom or Related discipline (Electrical, Civil, Computer Science…) • At least 8 years of related experience. • Intermediate English. • PMP certificate is preferred
