Job Description

Providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration.
Recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
Managing technical resources within budget and project schedule.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for change.
Leading internal teams/task forces.
Reviewing the status reports of team members and addressing issues as appropriate.
Ensuring the technical operation of the plant is always safe and complies with current legislation and industry standards.
Managing operation of plant equipment and systems.
Ensuring that all technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
Conducting regular inspections and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of a facility.
Ensuring the proper working of all electrical units and systems in the factory.
Reporting to the factory manager.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of previous experience in the FMCG.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ideal age range: 35 to 45 years old.
