Job Description
● Work as a head hunter, design a talent pool, and continuously update it.
● Research the job market using various tools including social media, websites, attending seminars.
● Design and run an internal referral campaign.
● Develop relationships with universities for attracting fresh graduates.
● Maintain employee files, accurate records, and confidentiality.
● Learn and updated all HR Processes and policies under the observation of the HR Manager.
● Arrange job posts and managed requisite workflow in recruiting database (ATS) (e.g. managing requisitions and updating candidate records and status reports).
● Participat in candidate interviews and provided a precise evaluation of the candidates.
● Execute the onboarding procedure.
