Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new innovative recruitment approaches. We are looking for a TAP with demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and candidate relationship management. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the best possible talent will be hired through a partnership with the hiring managers. Major responsibilities include: ● Partner with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, recruiting priorities and to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner. ● Proactively source, screen, interview and place qualified applicants. ● Build networks and community relationships to attract passive applicants. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure good communication with candidates. ● Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to hiring managers in full life cycle recruitment process. ● Coach managers/interview teams to competency-based assessments during their interview. ● Support candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience. ● Conduct new hire onboarding and advise managers on the orientation process. ● Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics. ● Ensure each applicant's progression through the selection process is documented in the applicant tracking system. ● Partner with the HR team to continually improve plans, programs, and processes to reduce cost, increase value, and promote highly effective recruiting support to the organization.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business-related fields, or equivalent experience. ● At least 5 years of recruiting experience. ● Ability to pro-actively source and reach out to passive candidates and convert them to active candidates. ● Possess a recruitment marketer mentality and acts as a brand ambassador. ● Strong working knowledge of recruiting best practices. ● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail. ● Sense of urgency and ability to thrive high-volume work environment. ● Strong negotiation skills ● Strong judgment and decision-making skills. ● Demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking for creative sourcing. ● Experience using applicant tracking systems.
