Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment, selection, and talent development processes, helping us build a strong and sustainable team. Role & Responsibilities:
• Designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s overall goals
• Managing, leading, and developing the recruitment team and enhancing their performance
• Defining, standardizing, and optimizing hiring processes with a data-driven approach
• Collaborating closely with department leaders to analyze organizational needs and plan workforce requirements
• Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle— from planning to selection and final offer
• Developing and managing sourcing channels: platforms, agencies, professional networking, and talent pools
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and retention rates
• Preparing periodic analytical reports for senior management and recommending actionable solutions
• Strengthening employer branding and overseeing the candidate experience throughout all hiring stages

Skills & Requirements:
• At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment, including team management
• Ability to design and lead talent acquisition strategies at an organizational scale
• Strong command of structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and professional evaluation methods
• High analytical capability and familiarity with reporting tools and ATS
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in medium to large organizations (preferred)
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment
