Job Description

POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Iran, Qazvin Company: Qazvin Factory POSITION SUMMARY Design and implement talent acquisition strategies and action plans through various touchpoints such as Employer Branding, Youth Employment and Talent Selection, Graduate and Trainee programs aligned with Market Strategies and corporate HR guidance, fostering a high performances culture. Ensure a timely, high quality and cost-effective external supply of talent for Nestlé in the Iran Market, aligned to business and people plans A DAY IN THE LIFE … Sourcing Management: Design the operation strategy towards sourcing tools (i.e. Iran Talent & LinkedIn). Train the HR recruitment team across the country in terms of sourcing, posting positions online, feedback on interviews, other assessment tools, and placing candidates on key positions. Develop/design/Improve material for the training. Youth Initiative: Facilitate and implement youth initiative strategy by focusing on the 3 main areas: Career Advising (by focusing on "readiness for work" activities), Internships & Apprenticeships and Graduate development (which includes both Center of Excellence and GDP). Provide support, material, and advice to the country in order to capitalize on the initiatives. CBI: ● Enhance the skills of the HR team on CBI through training on the tool and coaching by observing interviews by providing the necessary feedback in order to enhance the talent selection process across the country. In addition to conducting coaching sessions with Line Managers on interview skills using the CBI tool in order to improve the overall quality of recruitment. Develop/design/Improve material for the training. ● Enable the delivery of Talent Acquisition services. ● Advise Line Managers on recruitment approach and process, lead the interview process, lead the discussion for the choice of the best candidates, manage offers to candidates, together with the recruitment team. ● Plan and adjust manpower to business needs through Dynamic People Planning (DPP). ● Identify and set team objectives with CoE and HR Manager according to the HR Operation Master Plan (OMP). ● Measure performance through KPIs and measures and ensure continuous improvement within the NCE framework. ● Align recruitment budget and track spending.

Requirements

What will make you successful… ● Bachelor’s degree. ● More than 3 years of experience in Human Resources. ● Minimum 4 years in recruitment and knowledge/experience (preferred) in performance management. ● FMCG experience preferred. ● Experience in Strategic and Operational Recruitment.
