Job Description

- Designing organizational systems (such as: Project Management methodologies and processes, Human Resources (HR) systems, Excellence models like EFQM…) - Developing organizational chart - Designing and developing new services in Microsoft SharePoint like performance evaluation site, training system site, human resource management site and … - Analyzing business needs and requirements (such as: Analyze data and prepare AS-IS documents and Develop TO-BE documents and plans)

Requirements

- BS or MS degree in Industrial Engineering/Management or other related areas - At least 10 years of pertinent experience - Dominant in business needs and their processes - Dominant in human resource systems - Dominant in SharePoint and Project Server software - Dominant in Microsoft-Office software - Fluency in English - A great personality, natural leadership, commercial acumen, start-up spirit, energy and a strong team ethic is required - Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to manage priorities and multi-tasking - Business Analysis, Change Management or BPM certification is an asset - Being familiar with IT industry is an advantage - We would like to invite talented candidates, graduated from well-known universities, to join us.
