Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Industrial Engineering/Management or other related areas
- At least 10 years of pertinent experience
- Dominant in business needs and their processes
- Dominant in human resource systems
- Dominant in SharePoint and Project Server software
- Dominant in Microsoft-Office software
- Fluency in English
- A great personality, natural leadership, commercial acumen, start-up spirit, energy and a strong team ethic is required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to manage priorities and multi-tasking
- Business Analysis, Change Management or BPM certification is an asset
- Being familiar with IT industry is an advantage
