Job Description
Support Engineer for IT Security Products
- Installation, configuration and technical support of network security products (firewall, antivirus, ...) in medium to large enterprise networks.
- Technical support involves visit to customer sites across country, remote access, telephone and email.
- Documentation, writing/translating technical documents, customer training and taking part in training courses and certification are also expected.
- Working in a team of engineers and reporting directly to Support Group Manager.
- Working hours 08:00 - 16:00, Sat - Wed. Flexibility is highly expected.
