Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives, identifying key initiatives and priorities to drive growth and profitability.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of internal and external data to uncover insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
Develop financial forecasts and conduct scenario analyses to assess the potential impact of different strategic decisions and market dynamics on the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, sales, marketing, and product development to gather input, align strategies, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
Identify potential risks and opportunities in the business environment and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of advancements in business intelligence tools and technologies, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Lead and develop a team of business intelligence analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Requirements
4 to 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, managerial dashboard design and implementation, business insights, and intelligence.
Good knowledge of strategic management models, concepts, and techniques such as BSC, Competitive Advantage, RBV, SWOT, Dynamic Capabilities, etc.
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Management Sciences, Economics, Finance, Systems Engineering, or other related disciplines from credible universities; or an MBA/DBA graduate.
Good command of English (reading and writing).
