The main objective of the role:
This position is defined as an ability to establish policies and plans in a variety of time periods in challenging circumstances by soft and hard skills. The strategic planning expert helps determine targets for the organization. Then this person prepares strategic plans to ensure that those targets are met. This work involves analyzing existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative strategies related to the goals that define for organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyze the practices and plans of industry competitors.
- Study and search for new methods and techniques to manage businesses.
- Participate in the preparation and compilation of periodic management reports.
- Participate in targeting indicators, and execute and control operational plans.
