Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in the planning and systems unit of Steel Alborz and Seven-Diamonds Industries Group to accompany the performance planning and control of the Steel industries team in performing the following tasks:

● Cooperate in preparing all stages of the company's strategic planning including the vision and mission statement, identifying internal and external factors, etc.
● Cooperate in determining, monitoring, and controlling the performance KPIs and goals of the units and providing periodical reports to the stakeholders.
● Examine the validation of information and reports received from organization units.
● Prepare an analytical report of key performance indicators.
● Prepare KPIs profile documents.
● Identify and prioritize aspects to be improved and set meetings with pertaining units to take improving initiatives.
● Cooperate in reviewing the feasibility and management of organization improvement projects.
● Study and determine managerial reporting and communication methods using new information technologies.
● Cooperate with the information technology unit in order to develop reporting systems and management dashboards.
● Prepare documents related to the working areas of the unit.
