Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and drive brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media best practices, a proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement, and experience with social media analytics tools. The Social Media Manager will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Job Description: ● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and improve brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. ● Create engaging and on-brand content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Aparat, and LinkedIn. ● Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media analytics. ● Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and engaging with relevant influencers, and measuring campaign effectiveness. ● Monitor social media trends and best practices, and apply findings to improve social media performance and engagement. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, and web development, to ensure alignment and integration of social media strategies.

Requirements

● Ideal age range: 27 to 35 years old. ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and analytics tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics. ● Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement through social media strategies and tactics. ● Strong creative and communication skills, with the ability to develop on-brand and engaging social media content. ● Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. ● Experience with content marketing, influencer marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
