Job Description

The mission of this position is to recruit the most qualified and talented individual, relative to the specified requirements and competencies, within the requested timeframe. Additionally, it involves fostering the development of internal talents within the Zarrin Group to achieve sustainable profitability.

A summary of the job responsibilities for this position is as follows:

  • Conduct the end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Work with senior management, hiring managers, and the HRBP team to develop yearly staffing plans and workforce planning strategies to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences.
  • Proactively build candidate pipelines and manage the candidate experience throughout the sourcing process and strategies for active and future requisitions.
  • Update the candidates' database systems as required.
  • Coordinate necessary arrangements for Technical and competency-based interviews.
  • Execute the promotion process (receiving promotion requests, evaluation, writing promotion profiles, and obtaining necessary approvals).
  • Carry out training needs analysis studies, prioritize the pieces of training, create an annual training plan, and assess the effectiveness of the programs.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Continually research methods and techniques in learning and development and remain up-to-date, actively seek worldwide learning and development methods and best practices to facilitate employee development.Design leadership skills development programs for managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Social Sciences from a reputable university.
  • At least 3 years of senior previous experience in a related field.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good command of Arabic is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, organize, and multi-task.
  • Strong skills in MS Office programs.
  • Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
