Job Description

DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are seeking a talented and experienced talent development specialist.

Responsibilities:

Assessing training needs and conducting training courses, including checking the effectiveness of training and ensuring the implementation of fair training practices.
Preparing competency profiles for employees.
Designing and implementing/coordinating individual and leadership development programs (IDP, LDP, coaching, etc.).
Implementing 360-degree feedback.
Implementing succession planning.
Recognizing high-impact employees.
Cooperating in the performance management process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
2+ years of senior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
