At Okala, we are looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Strategy Manager who approaches quality with an engineering mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and integrate organization‑wide strategic planning, execution monitoring, and strategy refresh cycles
Ensure follow‑up and execution of Board and top management strategic decisions
Design and facilitate strategic planning and alignment sessions across departments
Monitor OKRs, KPIs, and budget performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
Conduct execution gap analysis between strategic intent and operational delivery
Track market, competitor, and environmental changes and translate them into strategic insights
Prepare decision‑oriented strategic and performance reports for the CEO, MDs, and Board
Maintain strategic documentation and traceability for transparency and continuity

What You Bring

Strategic and systems thinking with a strong organization‑wide perspective
Proven ability in strategy execution and disciplined follow‑up
Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills for executive decision‑making
Hands‑on mastery of OKRs and performance management
Strong capability in market and competitive intelligence
Clear, structured executive communication and strategic reporting
Ability to align cross‑functional teams and resolve conflicts without direct authority
High attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence

Recommended Qualifications (optional but useful)

8+ years in strategic roles, preferably in tech or high-growth sectors
Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proficiency in strategic tools and frameworks (OKRs, BSC, etc.)
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
High proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.)
