Job Description

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties):

• Help build the Unidef Social and Performance business both in revenue and capability across the Unidef Organization.
• Lead, grow, and manage strategy for key regional and global accounts across social, content, and creative.
• Social and digital planning and strategy development.
• Identify opportunities to enhance our clients’ businesses and grow our own revenue through farming opportunities.
• Manage direct and indirect team members, providing mentorship and guidance
• Play strategic leadership role across the Social and Performance team, driving the growth of strategic abilities.
• Develop, nurture, and influence relationships across the Unidef Organization to ensure growth across the business.
• Lead thought leadership by developing and presenting our point of view on social, digital, and web3/metaverse.
• Talent capability/acquisition and development.
• Drive continual evolution of high-performance culture through active networking with prospective candidates, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Participate in critical assessment of assigned talent at all levels and ensure developmental plans and feedback are in place to support motivation, retention of high-performance team members, and succession.
• Seek opportunities to stay up-to-date on technology, tools, techniques, communication software, social media, and self-awareness.
• Educate internal teams and clients on crypto best practices and socialize expertise.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the team and provide ongoing proactive feedback and direction.
